News is breaking over many sources that the film world has just lost James Caan. He was 82.
He made memorable turns in comedy (Will Ferrell's long lost bio Dad in "Elf") and horror (Kathy Bates' victim in "Misery"), but he will forever be enshrined in movie history as Sonny, the hotheaded oldest of the three Corleone brothers, in "The Godfather" - regularly considered one of the greatest films of all time.
His talent will be sorely missed. If you're an adult who's never seen The Godfather Parts 1 and 2, do yourself a favor and watch them this weekend.
