'The Hobbit' - 1968 BBC Radio Drama Can't Post

The YouTube channel Coach's Archives has posted the complete 1968 BBC radio adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit This is the full-cast audio dramatization narrated by Anthony Jackson, with Paul Daneman as Bilbo Baggins, Heron Carvic as Gandalf, and John Justin as Thorin Oakenshield. The Hobbit was adapted in eight episodes of approximately 30 minutes apiece. The entire program runs for over 3 1/2 hours.

The Misty Mountains Song [In reply to] Can't Post

This isn't my favorite arrangement of the song. Off the top of my head, I'd rank it at #4 behind Peter Jackson's The Fellowship of the Ring, The Mind's Eye audio drama and the Rankin/Bass version. I'd have to hear the later BBC version again to compare it with this one.
