FYI there's both a Kili and a Bofur cosplay in this years' Masquerade contest--go take a look to see what they've done as recreations. There's a "masquerade" link on the SDCC2020 page...I'm sure they could use some fandom "likes." (And for the record, neither is me. I'm just a long time SDCC attendee who appreciates cosplayers.) The contest was open to anyone world-wide this year. Anyone here ever cosplay Hobbit recreations?
