The problem is... [In reply to] Can't Post

It was set to expire the day after April Fool's day.

But...

We're going backwards.

Which means we'll never get there now.

Classic programming bug.

Happiness: money matters, but less than we think and not in the way that we think. Family is important and so are friends, while envy is toxic -- and so is excessive thinking. Beaches are optional. Treachery, treachery I fear; treachery of that miserable creature.

But so it must be. Let us remember that a traitor may betray himself and do good that he does not intend.

Ooopsie! [In reply to] Can't Post

Those pesky chipmunks that run on that particular wheel escaped and it's taken this long to round them all up again!

Actually, we've been sorting through and cleaning out my Mom's old house to prepare it for sale and it's been a full-time job. She was a voracious reader and Avon collector, so there are boxes and boxes of those. My niece and her family moved in before my mom passed away and have lived there for years since, and let's just say they were hoarders of pretty much everything else *other* than books and Avon, and they weren't the best house-cleaners either.

So, sorry I've been forgetting to put those chipmunks back on their wheel. I'll do it this weekend!

I don't envy you the work! I bet the place will look lovely once you're done, though.

I'm glad you were able to get things back to the normal. I must admitted its been activating my latent OCD.

Good luck with the house project! It sounds like a bear.

I was wondering where on Middle Earth Aessere Lot was and when I got there. Now I get it. This is what happens when I don't post for two months. :P

They can say, they can say it all sounds crazy
They can say, they can say I've lost my mind
I don't care, I don't care, so call me crazy
We can live in a world that we design
'Cause every night I lie in bed
The brightest colors fill my head
A million dreams are keeping me awake
I think of what the world could be
A vision of the one I see
A million dreams is all it's gonna take
A million dreams for the world we're gonna make

{{{hugs}}} [In reply to] Can't Post

That's a hard job even if the home has been fairly organized. My Grandma's house was like that (96yo in same farmhouse) and Mom made a valiant effort... but it was still several weeks of work. You're scared to just move things without sorting through for hidden money or treasures. Not a good thing at any scale. *more hugs* I'm so glad you had your trip.... especially if you knew you were returning to this. Hang in there! :)
