As to what's wrong with the picture, I'm not really sure, not being a collector or anything.

1. It's nine figures, but it's not the Fellowship. Instead of Merry and Pippin there are Faramir and Bilbo.
2. Gimli is shorter than the hobbits.
3. Gimli is apparently carrying a sci-fi type auntomatic blaster or machine gun.
4. Bilbo and Gimli do not have black oval bases but are standing on their own feet.
5. Aragorn is wearing one glove.
