Happy Birthday Bilbo and Frodo! In their honor, here is a Word Scramble - so sharpen your wits (and, if needed, get out your books, but see if you can do this without "peeking")!
We all know that after The Party, Bilbo left special presents to be given to certain Hobbits. Do you remember what they were? Have fun unscrambling the letters to find each Hobbit's present!
1. For the Gaffer, a bottle of MINTNOTE
2. And two sacks of STOOPATE
3. And also a woolen SATCATOWI
4. For Adelard Took, an RUMLABEL
5. For Dora Baggins, a waste-paper SAKBET

Gaffer had 1. Ointment 2. Potatoes & 3. Waistcoat but missed out on the unrepeatable bargain offer of the day, namely a Free Implied Snide Comment With Every Present.
4. Umbrella, because he never returned them
5. Waste paper basket for an indefatigable writer of unwanted advice
6. Convex Mirror, for a vain young lady
7. Bookcase, for all the books he borrowed and never gave back
8. Old Winyards - and, possibly, no snide comment (unless Bilbo was implying that Rory was too fond of lifting his elbow?)
9. Ink bottle, because Milo never answered letters
10. Spoons - well, we all know what Bilbo was alluding to here! So did Lobelia.
