Gwindor’s Escape: Genuine or Staged? Can't Post

So we know that Gwindor escaped from Angband not under any spell, but was his escape staged so that he would be used to further Morgoth’s curse on the bloodline of Hurin?

totally in this case. Morgoth did let some of his prisoners out deliberately with the intention that they would cause more evil. And one side-effect of this which he probably knew full well was that those that did escape genually would face suspicion and mistrust from their own people.
