The One Ring Collector's Edition Pre-order Can't Post

Cubicle 7 announces: "We will start taking advance pre-orders for The One Ring: The Lord of the Rings Roleplaying Game Collector’s Edition from 10am EST/3pm BST/GMT +1 this #TORsday (Thursday) August 22nd!"

While we can’t confirm exactly how long this pre-order will be live just yet, we aim to ensure that those who want a copy will have ample time to order. However, we anticipate demand to be high for this beautiful Collector’s Edition.

As this is an advance pre-order it is slightly different to our normal pre-orders and the complimentary PDF will be sent only when the PDF is completed. Please keep and eye on our social media channels for progress on this.

The Pre-order has gone Live! [In reply to] Can't Post

From Cubicle 7:

Today we are delighted to announce that the advance pre-order for the collector’s edition of The One Ring – The Lord of the Rings™ Roleplaying is now live! You can pre-order your copy here. Customers who advance pre-order the collector’s edition will receive the digital PDF as soon as the file is ready, which is estimated to be between 4 to 6 weeks.

The collector’s edition comes in a beautiful slipcase, adorned with a map of Middle-earth detailed with a spot UV varnish. The core rules are bound in faux leather and emblazoned with The One Ring script picked out in silver foil-stamp. The back cover features the translated ring poem, also detailed in silver foil-stamp.

The 352 page core features updated rules based on years of feedback, stunning new art, and a beautifully illustrated map of Middle-earth. The game contains everything you and your friends will need to adventure in the lands of Middle-earth, including:

- A complete set of rules for roleplaying in Middle-earth
- Instructions for how to create your character and forge your own fellowship
- 11 unique Cultures and 6 different Callings to choose from
- A bestiary of enemies to face, from creeping Giant Spiders and hungry Wargs, to vicious Orcs and terrifying Stone-trolls
- Advice for telling stories that evoke the spirit and feeling of the The Hobbit™ and The Lord of the Rings™
- A complete Tale of Years spanning from the origins of the Third Age up to the default starting year of 2965 and beyond.

You can see the full contents of the core rules below. The price of the Collector's Edition will be: $119.99/£99.99.

The article goes on to detail the changes and additions to the core rules.

Due to the demand for previous Cubicle 7 Collector’s Editions, we are commencing this special advance pre-order early to minimise disappointment and ensure that all who wish to order have ample time to do so. We will continue to update you regularly during the production progress.

The Standard Edition of The One Ring – The Lord of the Rings™ Roleplaying will go up for pre-order at a later date, priced at $59.99/ £44.99.

Final product may change slightly during the production process.
