Alan Lee's drawings during credits?

To anyone: can you tell me which LOTR DVDs have the drawings of Alan Lee during the films' credits? I have the Limited Edition (2 disc sets) and when the credits roll, it's just a black screen with white print. No fabulous Alan Lee drawings of the characters, like I saw during the theater showings.
