I need help with image for LOTR caption contest

Hello my lovely modars. I need help posting the caption contest image into the post itself. I tried several different ways and it would appear that, while I was able to link to it, I cannot get the image itself to show up in the post. I followed the TORn image guidelines as best I was able and it still didn't work.
Please help
