Alan Blaikley's Tolkien interview? Can't Post

Just noticed this in the Wikipedia entry on songwriter and composer Alan Blaikley (best known to me for co-authoring The Honeycombs's 1964 hit, "Have I the Right?", his other works include West End musicals and television themes):

"At the same time [early 1960s], as a freelance, Blaikley wrote and narrative several BBC radio programmes, including Writing for Children, in which he interviewed C. S. Lewis, J. R. R. Tolkien, and Enid Blyton."

Has anyone here heard this interview? Was it preserved? Was it transcribed? I see that Blaikley is still living. Has he any recollections of the interview?

*"wrote and narrated" [In reply to] Can't Post

Not "wrote and narrative"; sorry for the error.

Broadcast on the BBC Home Service [In reply to] Can't Post

Sunday Oct 7 1962, 22:10. And no, my memory does not stretch back that far. :)

Following the links from here to the British Library's collection of radio recordings suggests that an online version may not survive - at least not in an easily accessible form. This thesis contains a reference to Lewis' being interviewed for the programme. The thesis writer references the BBC Written Archives Centre, which appears to have transcripts - if only I had known when I used to live very close to the Centre!
