Petition for Orlando Park to Open Middle Earth Area or Ride? Can't Post

I'm wondering if anyone knows if a petition has ever been gotten up to encourage any or all of the Orlando (Florida) amusement parks to open a Middle Earth area and/or themed ride? For those of us on this side of the globe, without the chance to visit the real Hobbiton, it would be really cool if one of the Orlando parks would consider negotiating for a Middle Earth area or ride. I know that Disney is re-vamping Epcot over the next few years to include "worlds" themed from different movies. Maybe they could be convinced to approach the Tolkien estate and all to open a Middle Earth area! So, I wondered if anyone had ever addressed this with a petition that could show the parks how many people would really be interested in it!

Regards,
Sarah

If Disney opens up an ride, I'll roll the professor over myself [In reply to] Can't Post

He was particularly critical of Disney in his letters, so it would be ironic if that's where a theme park opened up.

Happiness: money matters, but less than we think and not in the way that we think. Family is important and so are friends, while envy is toxic -- and so is excessive thinking. Beaches are optional. Trust is not. Neither is gratitude. - The Geography of Bliss by Eric Weiner as summarized by Lily Fairbairn. And a bit of the Hobbit reading thrown in never hurts. - NottaSackville
