Looking For Beta Readers Can't Post

I hope this is okay on this forum :)

I'm looking for 2-3 volunteer beta readers for an adult novel of 126,000 words. Upon completion, I'd like the reader answer the following 4 questions:

1. Did you enjoy the story? (This is distinct from whether or not you enjoyed how the story was told or whether you would have written or sequenced the story differently yourself. I only want to know whether or not you enjoyed the story itself.)

2. Would you recommend the book to other people?

3. Did it hold your attention start to finish?

4. If not, what parts did you find less interesting and (briefly) why?

If you're interested in helping me out by being a beta reader, please PM me for details.

Thank you!

Sorry for the lack of detail.... [In reply to] Can't Post

I'm trying to replace my former agent with this project. I've had several agents tell me that the book wasn't what they were expecting from the cover letter -- I think the cover letter is accurate but I keep getting this reply, which I've never gotten from an agent before.

So I'm looking for some people to read it "blind" without any preconceptions.

I can say that it has *some* elements of fantasy, is based on a famous work of literature that is four centuries old, and is *not* YA, it was definitely written at an adult literacy level.

Hope that helps :)
