I don't know, if you heard about this mod yet. They've finished about 10%. Lots of Gondor units, also most or all of Dale and bits of some other factions like Isengart, Easterlings, Haradrim etc. They mostly copied the designs which we saw in the movies, for some, like Dol Amroth's Swan Knights, they made original stuff.
