It's SO GREAT! :D [In reply to] Can't Post

We've had a lot of discussion about it here: From Script To Screen

I seriously haven't even gotten through the whole book yet because it is PACKED with great information. I know some have said they've read things they weren't aware of before. So I think it's one of those things that no matter how much you know about these films, there's bound to be something there that's a revelation! Or just a delight to revisit.

t's very much worth every penny, imho :D Put it on your Christmas Wish List! *high five*

What a massive and amazing book about the production of these beloved movies. Yes I enjoy them both now. I am also rewatching all the appendices on dvd now. Impressing.

I wonder why there is no review on the news page. [In reply to] Can't Post

Only an old article.

Looking forward to the coming John Howe's book Middle Earth Traveller.

Oh... I'm sure here's one in the works :) [In reply to] Can't Post

Everyone on TORn volunteers their time and attention, and they work jobs and tend to family. You can see the book is WONDERFULLY rich and will take a deliciously long time to read through and do it justice :) I'm with you on the anticipation, though *twitch* This book will make a wonderful gift!

Ohhhhh... and John Howe's new book! *still twitching* I love how these creators of the films (and before) haven't forgotten about us :D
