Anyone know what Spec. Feature shows recording the cheese grater?

Hi, all! Thought I would ask, and maybe someone else remembers. Does anyone know which LOTR special feature shows them recording the sound of a cheese grater be swung on a string?
I think it was on one of the Platinum Extended editions, but I can't find it. 
Thanks for any thoughts!
