Collecting The Precious - Middle-earth: Shadow of War Story Trailer Can't Post

The folks over at Monolith Studios released the official story trailer for the follow to the hit game Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. Middle-earth: Shadow of War picks up where the events of the first game end, with your two main characters Talion and Celebrimbor still looking for revenge against Sauron. This time our two main characters will create a "new" Ring of Power that they believe cannot be controlled by Sauron. In order to make sure of total victory, besides the new ring you will recruit followers who will help you in battle via the new large scale battle system. The trailer looks really cool and having played the first game I'm very much looking forward to playing this one.

The game is up for Pre-Order right now at all your e-tailers with Standard, Silver, Gold, and Mithril Editions. Currently Middle-earth: Shadow of War is due to arrive October 10th, 2017.

Thanks. [In reply to] Can't Post

Here's an active version of the YouTube link: https://www.youtube.com/...aLU6rHLk&w=640&h=360

Doubtless, this will be another wasted opportunity for a direct-to-video animated prequel to the game; although, if is one, it might tell the story of the previous game, Shadow of Mordor, or reveal an episode that takes place in between the two.

Reaction from E3 2017 [In reply to] Can't Post

E3: MIDDLE EARTH: SHADOW OF WAR Gave Me the Need to Siege: https://www.newsarama.com/...e-need-to-siege.html

Bottom Line
I thoroughly enjoyed Shadow of Mordor and it looks like I’m going to have even more fun with Shadow of War. The game seems to have addressed most of the flaws of the first game (we’ll see how the handle the final boss fight) and added a lot of new elements that I can’t wait to try. Also, we’re going to get snarky Uruks and who doesn’t want that?
