I'm new with a connection question

Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum but was told to come here for my question. I'm a student in New York City and I'm really passionate about Tolkien but I want to take that passion outside of my environment. Does anyone know any ways that I can get involved with the Tolkien fan community in New York City? (Whether that be people or places.) Thanks!

I'm sorry I don't have an answer to your question, but no matter whether you find fellow-Tolkien lovers in your city, I hope you`ll stay and chat with us here online too.

https://newyorktolkienconference.com/ (I'm sure they wouldn't mind some help.) http://renfair.com/ny/ (NY RenFair tends to have an active Middle-earth contingent.) Then there's us.

Thanks! I went to the conference last year so I'll contact them and see if they want help.

...but can at least welcome you here! I hope you find what you're looking for
For still there are so many things that I have never seen: in every wood and every spring there is a different green. . .
