I'll take my caffeine as hot chocolate or Diet Coke. The smell of coffee is overpowering to me.

I drink Coffee now and again (usually Americano, or instant Coffee-not a fan of the mucked around with Mocha, Cappucino's etc) but I much prefer Tea (as in hot standard tea, never tried iced or 'sweet tea' though I sometimes drink peppermint).

Do you find the aroma offensive also? Hubby loves the smell of coffee, but can't stand the taste. I drink both, and it's tea in a huge mug for both of us! (Lemon for him, honey or sugar for me. Milk depending on the kind of tea.)

Tea tastes odd and coffee is just revolting - I don't even like the smell. I feel like I'm missing out on something when I see people enjoying a really good cup of coffee ... but then I see some struggling through the cheap coffee offered at our work cafeteria and I'm glad all over again that I don't need caffeine.

I love the smell of coffee but it makes my heart go pitty-pat, so I switched to tea 30 years ago. I swear the bergamot in Earl Grey is addictive because now I have to have my cuppa first thing every morning.

and it spoiled me for the sad little teabags Americans use. Although I kind of cheat now and use a French press with the loose tea - it's faster.

I don't prefer the typical cup. I make my own variation of diet Cafe Vienna that includes pumpkin-pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla pudding :) Been drinking it for about 20 years. If I'm trapped at a restaurant, straight black decalf is the go-for.

I have a 3-cup-a-day habit at work, and don't even want to talk about how much $$ I blow at Starbucks. I prefer hot coffee & ice tea, but occasionally have the reverse.

Really enjoyed those while I was visiting your lovely country. I wasn't sure I'd ever be able to have one at Starbucks ever again...but I guess I managed.

I always feel like the ugly duckling when I tell people I'm not a fan of either. Perhaps it's in part because my parents don't drink coffee or tea, and I'm simply not used to the taste.

I drink coffee at work (because I often work nightshift and I live in Sweden, and they love their coffee) and tea at home. I love a cup of tea and a good book...
