This makes me so happy :) [In reply to] Can't Post

Billy Boyd is such a sweetheart... and to know that he wants to revisit everywhere he went while filming LotR warms my heart. I was only in Wellington for 5 days in 2010, and I'm still homesick for it. So I can only imagine the pull for him when he spent over a year all over the two islands and experienced so much. And I love how much he enjoys the conventions and meeting fans... and being a fan himself. As I was reading this, it was amid smiles and some reflective tears. I met him a few times, and once was when he was very busy rehearsing with his band. He stoped everything and totally engaged with me for those few moments. So gracious and attentive. He's such a lovely soul. :)

"Keen, heart-piercing was her song as the song of the lark that rises from the gates of night and pours its voice among the dying stars, seeing the sun behind the walls of the world; and the song of Lúthien released the bonds of winter, and the frozen waters spoke, and flowers sprang from the cold earth where her feet had passed."
