We're delighted to share the cover to the next release for The One Ring Roleplaying Game: Bree!

The gorgeous cover art is by C7 staff artist Sam Manley. We'll share more detail about what's inside the Bree supplement very soon!

What is known... [In reply to] Can't Post

Only a little bit about the Bree book is known so far. It will be a hardcover, expected to retail for about $29.99 (US). I expect it to cover most of the regions of Western Eriador, possibly including Dwarf-holdings in the Blue Mountains as well as the Grey Havens. I'm not sure if it will have much about The Shire or if that will be reserved for a future supplement similar to the one that was released for the rebuilt Lake-town. According to Game Trader Magazine the Bree supplement is expected to ship in April 2017.

What is in Bree? [In reply to] Can't Post

Over at the Cubicle 7 forums for The One Ring RPG, we've been having a fun (and frustrating) time trying to suss out the contents of the Bree sourcebook. Fellow poster Cleggster gleaned a more detailed description from Alliance Games Distributor (sorry, he did not provide a link):

Quote
The town of Bree sits at an ancient cross road, an island of civilization in an abandoned land. Protected by the secretive Rangers, and home of the Prancing Pony Inn, Bree is the starting place to many an adventure... This is an invaluable resource for players and gamemasters alike. And with a new playable culture and 3 adventures this is a must-have purchase for all One Ring players.A comprehensive guide to iconic Middle-earth location the town of Bree, its places, characters and things to do.
- 3 Adventures set in around Bree
- New Playable Culture - Men of Bree

Based on this, some of us still think that the book could include the Shire and some other adjacent regions--but probably neither the Blue Mountains (as the Dwarves of the Blue Mountains seem not to be included as a playable culture) nor the Grey Havens. Perhaps they will be in a future product.

TOR Updates: Bree; Oaths of the Riddermark; The Laughter of Dragons [In reply to] Can't Post

An update from Cubicle 7 concerning pre-orders for the Adventures in Middle-earth Loremaster's Guide includes a few nuggets about upcoming products for The One Ring Roleplaying Game:

Quote
We've noticed that our loyal fans of The One Ring Roleplaying Game can get quite upset if we talk too much about Adventures in Middle-earth, so an update on TOR: Bree is coming along very nicely - we're finishing up layout just now, and then we'll start final polishing. Oaths of the Riddermark, the Rohan adventure collection has left editing, and is heading into layout and art direction. The Laughter of Dragons, the Erebor adventure collection is waiting in the wings to head into the editorial spotlight next. We're also working on some secret stuff that we aren't ready to talk about yet. So lots going on behind the scenes, which hopefully we'll soon be sharing with you and your adventuring companies!

To sum up:
- Bree is in final layout.
- Oaths of the Riddermark (Rohan adventure collection) is entering layout and art direction.
- The Laughter of Dragons (Erebor adventure collection) is in development.
