Unused scene with Frodo and Arwen? Can't Post

Back in 2001/2002, I remember reading an interview with Elijah Wood in a Czech movie magazine and if my memory serves my right, it was a translation of an interview from an American/British magazine (unfortunately I donť recall its name). I clearly remember that the journalist asked Elijah about Liv Tyler. Among other things, Elijah said that Liv and him had shot an interesting scene in Rivendell which eventuelly didn't make the movie. Unfortunately nothing was specified about itś content.
I'm coming to my question now. I've read many lists of unused footage from the LOTR movies, yet there doesn't seem to be any list with the scene mentioned by EW anywhere. So, does anybody else know anything about it? Who knows, maybe my memory doesn't serve me at all and such a sentence was never uttered by Elijah...

Arwen and Aragorn [In reply to] Can't Post

The only thing I can think of is a scene with Frodo looking out a window and seeing Arwen and Aragorn together in Rivendell. I don't know if there are any more details about what happened in the scene, but there are images out there of Arwen in yet another costume. I think it was a reddish pink cloak. If only we could see all those deleted scenes.

Well [In reply to] Can't Post

Supposedly this shot and others like it are from that sequence:

Frodo looks up and sees Aragorn and Arwen on a balcony. Frodo and Arwen share a long significant glance.

Supposedly this is a tribute to this scene from "Many Meetings":

Near him sat the Lady Arwen. To his surprise Frodo saw that Aragorn stood beside her; his dark cloak was thrown back, and he seemed to be clad in elven-mail, and a star shone on his breast. They spoke together, and then suddenly it seemed to Frodo that Arwen turned towards him, and the light of her eyes fell on him from afar and pierced his heart.
