Probably Bofur [In reply to] Can't Post

I'd probably be the guy in the background who does his bit, but doesn't have a starring role. He might get a few good lines of dialogue and a gag or two.

Who I would like to be is maybe Aragorn, Bard or Faramir.

This one's very tough [In reply to] Can't Post

Despite my nickname, I wouldn't choose Kili. I have alot of respect for Theoden - he's the kind of leader you'd WANT to follow; on the other hand I'm a lady, so that would be Eowyn, because

I AM NO MAN!!!

Well, [In reply to] Can't Post

I think I'll go with Smaug.

Lots of flying, private mountain retreat, cozy bonfires on chilly nights, big jewelry box and 60 year-long naps. What's not to like?

I would absolutely be Merry (of the book) [In reply to] Can't Post

in the book Merry is the one who reads the maps, gets all the supplies together, anticipates situations and prepares for them. He's unfailingly loyal, he comes through in the pinch, and basically, hardly anyone notices him doing it.

Although in my later years I've done my best to not be such a caretaker of the entire world and gotten a bit more selective . . .

Pippin, since it's film [In reply to] Can't Post

If it were book I would vote Arwen. Anyway, Pippin is one of my favourite film (and book) characters, he grows a lot from the innocent hobbit he was in the beginning.

What, no Haldir? [In reply to] Can't Post

You list the Master of Lake-town, Alfrid, and Grima but not the best death scene of all the ME films?

LOL, just (partially) kidding but Haldir does give his all in reestablishing a bond between Men and Elves.
