Who's the hottest Guy in Middle-earth? Can't Post

Notice I said "Guy," not Dwarf, not Elf. Strictly the race of Men. Obviously we must include LoTR, since there were more Men in that set of films than in the Hobbit movies. I included Theoden and Percy to represent older men, and Bain for the younger men. Myself, I always had a soft spot for Boromir, but what does anyone else think? Feel free to remind me of anyone I forgot to put on the list!

No 'Other'? [In reply to] Can't Post

There are many Men we encounter in Jackson's Middle-earth films besides those you've listed--granted, it is unlikely that anyone is going to vote for Gríma (son of Gálmód) Wormtongue, But are they more likely to pick Alfrid?

Staying with what we are given, Faramir is probably among the best looking eligible (at least until he hooks up with Éowyn) Men in Middle-earth, However, I went with Aragorn for the whole package: looks (not as much in the books), character, position, and style.

Well... [In reply to] Can't Post

I voted for Aragorn. Yes, I voted for him as best father in an earlier poll, but before anyone goes all Freudian on me, let me explain. The fatherliness comes from Tolkien. The hotness is all Viggo. Laugh

Oh, definitely... [In reply to] Can't Post

Boromir, thanks to Sean Bean, who, besides being a great actor, could be hot in an igloo. Smile

By the way, anyone else remember the "Vicar of Dibley" and the picture of Sean Bean that she kept on her wall? And then, of course, she ended up with none other than our own Thorin Oakenshield. Loved that series. Smile

I have the double episode of her falling in love & getting married to Harry Kennedy, but I didn't know that about Sean Bean - hilarious!!!

I'm very fond of Bard, [In reply to] Can't Post

Family man. He loves his children, and he loved and misses his wife.
I think Bard would take care of you no matter what! I mean, he brought down a dragon and still survived through all the battles, along with leading his people to safety quite a bit of times!

Aragorn. Though Fili and Thorin will always be my top pick. I know they are not Men, still I have a thing for those two. Wink

Bain is the second

Unpopular opinion: Aragorn is ugly.

Hey! Maciliel started it. Besides, aren't Hobbits an offshoot of Men?

In any case, I voted for Aragorn.
