Best or favorite X-Men film Can't Post

Due to the recent release of X-Men: Apocalypse, I thought I'd put up this poll.

I voted for X-Men: First Class [In reply to] Can't Post

I liked the way it invigorated the film series.

Days of Future Past [In reply to] Can't Post

Even though X2 is an amazing movie, nothing was as great as when seeing the original and new X-Men come together on the big screen. Seeing the main titles from X2 again gave me chills knowing that the series is back on track. Also Quicksilver! He is the first person I think of when somebody brings up Days of Future Past.

because "Deadpool" was too over-the-top to be a "best" movie - but this violence-shunning, profanity-disliking person thought it was hilarious. And actually very well done (not that I know anything about the comic). I liked Ryan Reynolds and Morena Baccarin so much in this.

Probably shouldn't be voting [In reply to] Can't Post

Because I haven't seen "Apocalypse" yet, and will probably NEVER see "Deadpool." It was a toss-up between "The Wolverine" and "X-Men: First Class," but I eventually decided on "First Class." I really love historical pieces (like "Captain America 1st Avenger), and the whole Cuban missile crisis is always interesting. Best part, though, was definitely Michael Fassbender! He's a great younger Magneto, and I also thought they did a good job of re-creating the opening scene from the first X-Men movie, where a teenage Eric is in the German Concentration camp. Yeah, that movie put Michael on my radar, LOL!
