All Hail Marton Csokas!

Mary writes in that Marton Csokas can currently be seen in the off-Broadway production of Shakespeare’s “Antony and Cleopatra” put on by the Theater for a New Audience in New York. From the New York Times review: “Marton Csokas, a New Zealander making his New York stage debut as Antony, is likewise a well-trained classical actor with a dexterous grasp of the language.” The production is set to run until May 2, 2008. Don't know about his acting, but something about him was very sexy in Aeon Flux! (I know, I'm shallow...)

...I think I have it at home...there is a luscious (but way too small) picture of him with his shirt off. (Yeah, I'm shallow, too!)
Sad News. :( With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went unnoticed. Larry LaPrise, the man who wrote "The Hokey Pokey" died peacefully at the age of 83. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in. And then the trouble started. http://mallika.vox.com/

It was so good to see him getting more screen time in the "extended" Kingdom of Heaven.
