There can be some variation in when posts go up, to do with people being in different time zones and when in the day they can post. Sometimes posts get a bit delayed by the dreaded Real Life.
Last I heard by PM our chapter leader was all set: I'm just checking the situation now, and if she can't start us off due to some real-life issue, we'll sort out a substitute for her. But of course I don't want to do that too soon, undermining the work someone has already done in preparation.
So come back soon & often, because we are certainly starting.
