Trailer for J.R.R Tolkien's The Hobbit- a fan edit project

I thought it would be fun to make a proper trailer for my Hobbit fan edit. I was largely inspired by the original AUJ trailer, due to Howard Shore's awesome music. Those of you who have followed my fan edit may notice that I re-inserted the eagles into the film too! Let me know what you think. * link removed - copyright violation *

Your trailer has the logos for MGM, WB and New Line - all trademarked logos. In addition, it's possible from the link to access your fan edit, which is not allowed on TORN.

I'm getting very confused by the rules here, because they seem to keep changing and/or getting stricter on what is permissible. Sometimes it's OK to share video content and sometimes it's not? Then when I attribute the studios in a video, that's not OK? I wouldn't think of placing my own studio logo at the beginning! There is no direct link to my actual fan edit on the Youtube page either. From the trailer link I placed here on TORN, you are several pages/clicks removed from being able to find and download the actual fan edit. I'm not being overt about it, even on my own webpage. It would be easier to simply do a Google search for it.
