****************************************** That hobbit has a pleasant face, His private life is a disgrace. I really could not tell to you, The awful things that hobbits do. Things that your paper never prints They only speak of them in hints. They have such lost, degraded souls, No wonder they inhabit holes; When such depravity is found, It only can live underground. I really dare not name to you, The awful things that hobbits do.

and he is without a doubt the best archer I've ever seen! I can also very much see the primitive warfare techniques he uses- like jumping and turning, or rotating 360 degrees and shooting opponents surrounding him at close range quickly. An archer would HAVE to do that in order to survive a battle amongst, say, Mongols or Persians! I would be very glad to have an archery training gym like his! Probably take me at least ten years to achieve his level (if I could, as my left eye is weaker than my right even with contacts in). But it would be awesome to have the ability to train like that!

So maybe Legolas' stunts weren't so far off after all - well, except for the Oliphant. "That still counts as one!"

had the last name of Batie. He was called Master throughout our time there. Fortunately he could laugh at it too.
I am a dreamer of words, of written words. I think I am reading; a word stops me. I leave the page. The syllables of the words begin to move around … The words take on other meanings as if they had the right to be young. -- Gaston Bachelard * * * * * * * * * * NARF and member of Deplorable Cultus since 1967
