Scenes that WONT make it into the extended edition

With the recent news that there will only be 20 extra minutes of footage I am very sure that all the scenes we have seen in the trailers and tv spots that didn't make it into the theatrical release wont make it into the extended edition. What scenes do you think will not be there?
For example, I have a feeling that we wont see the "Everything I did, I did for them" scene.

They have already said that most of the new footage will be for the battle itself. So the rest will probably be dol guldur, the attack on laketown and the aftermath of the battle. Even all that could easily take up 20 minutes.

Reading that list is so depressing. So many great scenes that we know were shot that we'lll very likely NOT see. It's very disappointing they're skimping, given that we got a 3 minute scene of Eowyn's soup in TTT and naked bathing in AUJ. It's very irritating that they're withholding like this.

It's not the director's job to give us every single piece of footage filmed, they want to make a good movie.
It's fun to talk about what might and might not happen, but to get disappointed or depressed about what may or may not be missing, when you haven't even seen the final piece, seems like a backwards way to enjoy a movie.

For instance, the dwarves counting gold is likely tied to the "White Gems of Lasgalen" scene, and wouldn't take more than a few seconds. Also, we will likely see Bifur lose the axe - as pointed out by DainPig, when the dwarves are lined up to say goodbye to Bilbo, Bifur doesn't have the axe. I think you are being too pessimistic here.
