Do we know who played the kings who received the rings (in their human form, not as Nazgūl)? I know Alan Lee and John Howe played two of them, but what about the other seven?

It turns out that John Howe had returned to Europe by the time this part of the film was shot, so while Alan Lee was indeed one of the Nine (second from far right), John was not. As to who the other eight were played by, I am afraid I don't know. :(
