Sauron can never be defeated by mortals. Not sure how Turin and Aragorn could take on both at the same time. Glaurung by himself would be too much under normal situations. If the contest took place in a large Coliseum like arena, no contest.

Under most circumstances, the winners are obvious. However, if Túrin can hide while Glaurung walks above him, Túrin can stab him easily. But then the dying Glaurung can convince Túrin's sister/wife to jump off a cliff leading Túrin to fall on his own sword. No clear winner there.
Aragorn has no chance against Sauron, unless...
a.) Sauron has possession of the One Ring and Aragorn can use the Shards of Narsil or Anduril to cut the Ring off Saurons hand, or...
b.) Aragorn has the love of a 1/2 maia elven princess who is assisted by a freaking awesome hound dog that can talk.
If both "a" and "b" are false, then Sauron wins.
