Is there any suggestion that these characters die? And why should we worry that Dain's fate (beyond his survival) is a nagging gap but Gimli's is not? I think this is simply a case of "did it happen in the book", in all probability.

This is random, but it would have been cool with some gag reels  The only gag reel I've seen of any of the trilogies is that bad version of the LotR ones XD
