It looks like fun: meta-fantasy, as it were

Tolkien was a fantasist, so I guess it's inevitable that some fans will fantasize about him. Lewis and Currie have a somewhat shady or substandard reputation as Tolkien scholars, I believe. The two books of theirs that I've read, "Uncharted Realms..." and "Forsaken Realm..." had some good ideas and observations, in my opinion, but there was a lot more thin, half-baked, and generally wrong stuff as well. For example, note that the cover art of the new Tolkien was a Spy book is listed as Ruth Lacon. That is actually Elizabeth Currie, the co-editor, who uses Lacon as a pseudonym when she produces her artwork - I don't know why. I believe it's quite probable that they wrote the book but published it under the name of a pseudonymous author with themselves, somewhat ridiculously, as 'consultants'. I love the concept of JRRT as 007. We could have a lot of fun with that, but it wouldn't be the first time.

Ms Lacon writes under the pseudonym of Elizabeth Currie. As for the book, yes - the name 'Elansea' is 'L and C', that is, 'Lewis and Currie'. The book is published by 'Elansea', too. So, the signed book will contain three signatures, from two people. .
