Probraly on the EE we see him. But where?

Apparently his cameo is just the painting of Bilbo's father at the end of the movie.

Isn't that same painting already in FotR? So it's a bit disappointing if that's it, I was hoping for something new. Or maybe we'll get something in the EE?

PJ shaved his beard for a portion of the filming as seen in BTS footage. I always thought that was for a cameo as a hobbit!
