DOS: Feast of Starlight ... A potential great scene

Imagine Tauriels & Thranduils dialogue ("Legolas has grown very fond of you.") would have taken place within the Feast of Starlight. A beautiful ballroom with lots of woodland elfs in magnificent costumes. Tauriel hears Thranduils words and in the distance on the far side of the ballroom she sees Legolas looking at her. Legolas sees how Tauriels face expression changes when she hears Thranduils words. She leaves the Feast to get her mind free and decides to check the imprisoned dwarves. Legolas sees that something disturbed Tauriel and he goes after her ... just to witness how Tauriel speaks to Kili. Damn, why didn't PJ show us the Feast of Starlight?
My English is not that good, my Elvish is better ;-)

I truly do (in french : aytroulidou) We're kept deprived of many many elf girls and boys and that's a really sad happening. It surely would never have happened in a true Hollywood movie. Damned kiwis. We could have Bilbo sneaking invisible among the light dresses and I was long craving about that sequence

also attach a wing and prayer that hope Bombadil. Lol, this wait for the EE is driving me crazy. I'm itching to want to know what's going to be in there. I'm not ready to buy the special edition.

Not that I would have objected at all, but I see no need for it. Was such a thing ever filmed? But I'm not that into Elves, at least not their airy-fairy side. I would much rather have seen the company of Dwarves meeting Thranduil in his throne room. I would have loved to have seen the mutual snark. That's a scene that was filmed but not included on the DOS EE to my disappointment.

somewhere.. Something like?... "It looked sorta Silly"...but personally am Glad they left it out Since the Elves need to be SSOoo. SERIOUS... As.."Guardians of MiddleEARTH" Also, It is Nice to have That as a Mystery..? Allowing our imaginations to "Conjure UP" by ourselves, what it would have looked like. AS well, It might have looked like they were "Celebrating the Capture of the Dwarves".. to some casual audience members who don't know the Book. ONE more thing? Having Tauriel's Speech with Howard's Great Music playing in the Background was a GREAT introduction to her character. Bom thinks some people fell in Love with her there, jus' like Kili did.
