Some Wizards are too subtle for their own good. And they may be quick to anger, but they're slow to picking up that someone's using pickup lines on them.
Now we know why Galadriel was so eager to speak with Gandalf in Lorien again. It wasn't strictly professional business. And since that eagle carried him back there naked, well, I just don't want to speculate on who saw what or how they reacted.
