I know "Blunt the Knives" was in the book, and I think so was "Song of the Lonely Mountain," so there's two. Not sure I can come up with 10, though.
Let's see: Barrels - although I think it was different in the movie;
Spiders;
Laketown;
Hidden door - also a bit different from the book, but I think in a good way;
Smaug and Bilbo's conversation
Thorin shooting the arrow at Thranduil, followed by "Throw him from the Ramparts" and my favorite line, "I may be a burglar but I'd like to think I'm an honest one."
Bilbo telling off Lebilia (however you spell it) and taking back his spoons.
Is that 10? Other good scenes were the "Good Morning" and "Riddles" that have already been mentioned. It will be interesting to see how closely the funeral scene matches the book, and what resolution with Dain transpires.

I think Richard Armitage confirmed in an interview that Thorin is buried whit the arkenstone and Orcrist.
