As a dyed-in-the-wool Tolkien fan he is said to have cadged for playing Beorn in the Hobbit as well.
Maybe he's a Beorn Again Baywatcher on the Carrock.

Clearly he is a dyed in the wool LotR fan. Should be encouraged for a role in the Silmarilion movie. And be applauded as such!
