of LOTR...First Printing 1974 {hmco}...Including the Box..
never even Cracked open, maybe.
Which means that my Paperback One Volume Edition
Version from 1999
{Which is Falling apart} will get a Yellow Highlighter
of ALL the "Quotes" that PJ used in his Movies...
Has anyone ever done that?
As bom was reading most of it this Last week
there are so many quotes..that were given to other characters, etc,
Now as I READ it Again for about the 8th Time,
THIS Fun Game came Happen Finally.
Making notes in the margins..Gunna be Really FUN.
Re-living the Movie ONE more time!
Each Time I loaned my earlier Copies, they Never came Back.

List all the Quotes from the Book
that were used as Dialogue in the Movies,
AND where they got used,
AND who said them
AND who had the Line transferred to THEM...
Question is...Has someone Already done that?
AND is it? posted on the INTERNET?
There are so many Tolkien Websites, this might be somewhere?
Bom would hate to go to all that Trouble
if it has Already been done.

I would love to see such a list!
If it would not be too much trouble, also to know how many new lines there are in comparison to written ones. Where are there lines that are taken from the book, but changed just a little bit... and so forth.
If, someone knew if there is any of these listed somewhere would be great. I'd like to do such a list sometime, but I have to much on my hands at the moment!

And was surprised it was still live.. They also have a book-to-movie quote section. That will help you on your way, but it isn't a complete list of all quotes. I'd be surprised if there weren't more websites out there.
