After the beautiful "sons of Durin" exchange between Thorin and Kili, Thorin walks up to the rest of the dwarves to say "will you follow me one last time". Kili and Dwalin are standing behind Thorin. As Thorin is walking away, Kili does a happy little fist-pump triumphant stomp thing. Seriously I kid you not. He actually does this! I bet that from his point of view, his little "wall of stone" tantrum worked and brought Thorin back to his senses.

The elf doesn't get impaled, but he falls back onto the spear, and hurt, falls over into the orcs.
"As the snowflakes cover my fallen brothers, I will say this last goodbye."

When the Laketown Four step inside Erebor, you can see the giant bell lying in the foreground - I assume it's the same one used to smash the wall!
Why yes, I DO look like Anna Friel!

There is a mix of sadness and guilt in Bilbo's voice when he describes dwarves as being "loyal to a fault", reflecting his sentiments towards himself.

It's very small but I noticed it. It's when Bilbo, Thranduil, Bard and Gandalf are in the tent together. After Bilbo shows them the Arkenstone and speaks to them about the dwarves. I believe on the next shot when it shows all of them together. If you look down near the table Thranduil is showing one finger. It looks like he's giving a middle finger. Every time I went back to see the movie I had to make sure and sure enough it looks like it.
"I did free him. I freed his wretched head from his miserable shoulders."
