https://www.facebook.com/...leChannel?fref=photo Artwork by Andrew Novialdi That's the day before my brother gets in town to stay with me for a week. Here's hoping the download goes smoothly so I can watch it that night. Otherwise, I might have to wait til he leaves.

I'd love to have to come to NY theater...but I suppose as intense as it is that run may be enough for RA for a while.

for starters, I don't have the computer for it, and secondly, I'd rather have the physical copy than any digital download, since the images look much better on a larger screen (i.e. big screen HDTV rather than a small computer screen), so I'll have to pass on this one. If I did do digital downloads, I would simply download the Hobbit movies rather than own the physical copies, but the way I watch them, I'm better off with the latter. I'll wait for the physical copy of BoFA (which comes out the next week, and maybe I'll give North & South another watch, since I've only technically seen it once) , since I haven't seen it as much as the other two (for obvious reasons).

Unfortunately for you in this instance the clue is in the name of the company making this available. I would prefer a physical copy but will be downloading this as I'm sure will many other people.

there is an issue of copyright and productions rights regarding The Crucible which means Yael Farbers Old Vic production cannot be made available as a physical property, nor can it be shown in cinemas. Also, a recent RA interview made a comment to the effect that the London production could not transfer to new York for the same reasons.

Then again there nearly always is, this is the Oliviers, the most prestigious London stage awards. A nomination is an accolade in itself, these are the Oscars of theatre. RA beat off some strong competition to get a nomination, those up for awards are carefully chosen from the long list of about a dozen performances a year that represent the best actors on the London stage. This was a strong year for the London stage with a larger than usual number of 5 star reviews and having Olivier nominee on ones CV is not to be sniffed at. Th set of Hannibal must be buzzing today what with Gillian Andersons nomination too
