What happened to Geordie the Goat? Can't Post

I remember he was supposed to have a role in The Hobbit (source) - but the last time his name was mentioned on TORn was two and a half years ago, and I don't recall seeing him in the films.
Does anybody know the answer?

A shame he was cut.

The greatest adventure is what lies ahead.

Could he be in the Hobbiton market scene? [In reply to] Can't Post

Or else with the dwarves escaping from Erebor. Or in Laketown?

Have to confess I haven't looked for him.

No... [In reply to] Can't Post

It's been believed that this goat named "Geordie" was, in actuality, none other than TORn member Geordie "in disguise" so that he could keep an eye on the Hobbiton set.

Come to think of it, I haven't seen him around here for a month...

Which amply demonstrates exactly why you can't trust them to take a bite-sized hobbit to Mount Doom.

No Orc, No Orc!!
It's a wonderful town!!!
Mount Doom blew up,
And the Black Tower's down!!
The orcs all fell in a hole in the ground!
No Orc, No Orc!!
It's a heckuva town!!!
