Salt Lake City 2007 Can't Post

Three events (that I know of) of possible interest here in Salt Lake that, if people are coming to attend, it would be great to do a meet-up at some point. Dinner gathering or something.

1) Tolkien Festival (April 28th)
2) CONduit (May 25-27)
3) Mountain Con (Sep 21-23)

Inferno.

Horray! [In reply to] Can't Post

You are right my friend. Somehow I have the feeling that this isn't going to get the same traffic as "Denver 2008" but those are all legit, cool events.

Once upon a time I was MrCere. I still am but this name is for posting and being part of the community while that one is for official business. 8-)

Probably not [In reply to] Can't Post

But it's worth mentioning anyway. Hopefully some of the tOR.N folk will be out this way for one of these. =)

Are you going to any of them? I'm not sure I'll make the Tolkien Festival, but I'll most likely be at both Cons.

Well . . . [In reply to] Can't Post

The Into The West event has a speaker that looks, sounds, acts and talks like me, so I better go. I may be at Conduit. Smile

Galdangit, post some links! [In reply to] Can't Post

Mr. Patty and I were just saying how very much we'd love to go back to SLC. That's a beautiful city you two have there, MrCere and Inferno. Whoops, sorry, Sandwich King and Inferno.

At home, amongst the Mallorn trees.

As you wish . . . [In reply to] Can't Post

SLC would be better having you around Patty/MrPatty. Should you ever care to stop by I am sure we could show you a good time somehow!

No wonder all writers want to direct: one still has to put up with a load of nonsense, but even if wearing two hats (writer and director), there is one under which one is not called a thief and then raped.

Here're the others [In reply to] Can't Post

Conduit

MountainCon

Specifics on the Tolkien Festival -- MrCere is speaking at this. I wish I could attend, but April is Insanity Month at work, and I will likely be working. =P

If you come back out here, Patty, we'll definitely have to hook up. =)
