Black with a pinch of sugar. I don't mind tea but I usually only drink it when I'm sick. Tea with honey and lemon.

specifically Boston Mint in Tea... And we''re American of German ancestry, so no British influence at all there. I began doing coffee at my first job because it was free and kept me awake through the mindnumbing boredom. I hear both are good for you, and sometimes use coffee for the caffeine blast. I prefer tea.

Almost always herbal. Sometimes decaf. Caffeine and I don't get along.

Irish Breakfast is my ideal black tea. I drink 3-4 cups a day. Wuyi (an oolong) is my favorite of the less processed teas (oolong, green & white). It is a nice treat. Rooibos is my favorite herbal tea. I like vanilla rooibos blends, because the vanilla takes off a bit of the acidic edge. I drink this when I want to avoid caffeine, or am just in the mood for something different.
