So here is the deal, my friend and I have been working on our own personal website using weebly, and we've run into an issue. Our website is trying to expose a certain group of bad individuals, some of them pedophiles, who will remain nameless, and we are worried that in doing so some may label us as a "hate site". We couldn't care less what they think, but the problem is, weebly does. So-called "hate speech" (aka having a distasteful opinion) is a punishable offense in their code of conduct. So basically, I am looking for a website hosting service, domain, or website builder where I can build and promote my website without fear of rules or getting banned by a higher power. Preferably free and easy to use, I don't mind paying though. Thanks for the help.

but you may have an issue there on many sites...
there's a big grey area between "hate speech" and journalism exposing wrongs...
you may want to research the parameters of real journalism here...
as well as seeing what other avenues exist for exposing or reporting such actions
tumblr seems to be a hotbed of opinions, some quite virulent...
at any rate, be careful of straying into dangerous territory
