I though it was fine. Better than DoS, not quite as good as AUJ. My friends that saw it thought it was the best of the three, with phrases like "it was entertaining" and "it was fun." No one i know loved it, or thinks that any of them came anywhere close to what LotR achieved.

Online, it seemed that most people liked the last film, and thought it the best of the three. The trilogy seems to have gone out on a high note.
