Is TDoS the best film in the Trilogy? No.

That's not to say TDoS is a poor film, because it's not. It's a very good film. However, as good as TDoS is, TBotFA surpasses it in virtually every conceivable way, elitist critics be be bothered and confusticated.

He said DOS was the best of the 3 last year during the press tours. This year he said BOFA was his favourite..

What's funny though is that during this year's press conference in London, the cast were asked what their favourite film from the Tolkien saga was and most of them said Two Towers.
