Where did the rams that Thorin, Fili, Kili, and Dwalin ride come from? Maybe there was a sheep farm nearby..... Maybe dwarf reinforcement calvary came by, but in that case why don't we see them!

There were about 8 dwarves mounted on goats behind Dain's front lines, you have to look closely. That's where they came from.
