3) "I'm Going on an Adventure"
2) Out of the Frying Pan

The Desolation of Smaug
5) "Da, why are there Dwarves climbing out of our toilet?"

Bear in mind these may change once I see the EEs of DOS and BOFA. And this is off the top of my head, I might change my mind later.

1. The Battle of Dol Guldur
2. The White Council Meeting
3. A Spell of Concealment
4. The High Fells
5. Dain Arrives
6. Smaug Burns Lake-town
7. Inside Information
8. Thorin and Company Charge Out of Erebor
9. Thorin and Company Sing "Misty Mountains Cold"
10. Thorin and Company Enter the Woodland Realm

I think you can tell what my two favorite parts of the trilogy were :D

Top 10 is a 14 - mostly Thorin [In reply to] Can't Post

Of course, I've seen the BOT5A only twice, but I think the scenes I listed are probably the best:

1. Thorin's appearance at Bag End
2. Thorin singing "Misty Mountains"
3. Trollshaws fight scene
4. Scene in the Goblintown escape where Gandalf drops a boulder and rolls it over several goblins
5. Gandalf & Thorin in Bree
6. Bilbo popping up from behind the rock scouting for the Company
7. Thranduil and Thorin conversation
8. Barrels out of Bond scene
9. Tauriel & Legolas defending Bard's kids in Laketown
10. Smaug's reveal
11. Smaug torching Laketown
12. Galadriel rescuing Gandalf by "going dark"
13. Thorin on the gold floor shaking the dragon sickness
14. Thorin & Azog fight on the frozen lake

So, guess who my favorite character is?EvilHeart

Why yes, I DO look like Anna Friel!

I just can't do it [In reply to] Can't Post

There are too many for me to make such a short list…

I think, though, in terms of gut-wrenching moments, those scenes are all in BoFA.
